Center for Formulation of Convenient Food

A “Centre for formulation of convenient foods” will be established (NEARING COMPLETION)  under the RKVY funded project  entitled “Establishment of Centre for formulation of convenient foods”,  which could serve as a model minimal processing unit fulfilling the requirement of FSSAI standards. The proposed centre could be utilized for technology dissemination and consultancy service, helping small scale processing units for undertaking commercial production and marketing of convenience foods and the centre could be utilized by the commercial entrepreneurs on payment basis.
